Who is Ascent Health Services
We are truly an international company, strategically working with Pharmaceutical Manufacturers to make lifesaving medications for approximately 100 million lives more affordable.
We are based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland and work closely with our Participants in the US.
Ascent was founded in June 2019. Thanks to rapid growth, we are now almost 100 employees in Schaffhausen.

Ascent offers a hybrid work model, allowing employees to work from home and the office while maintaining flexibility and teamwork.

We pay for your private health insurance and cover most of the premium costs for sick pay insurance, also for the occupational accident insurance and even for a supplementary accident insurance. Our employees are privately insured worldwide.
In addition to great healthcare coverage, we also offer all employees mental health resources, including professional counselling. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
